Commerical.  Our commercial services include valuations of Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Office, Apartment, Mixed-Use Buildings, Vacant Land, and Subdivision Analysis. Some of the most difficult real estate to value is termed “Special Use”. These include, but are not limited to: houses of worship, schools, automotive related, veterinary uses, medical related uses, restaurants, and other institution type uses. These appraisals often times require a different approach to the traditional methods of valuation. Our experience allows us to offer the proficiency and confidence to competently perform many types of commercial and special use valuations.

Residential.   Our residential services include Single-Family, Condominium, Apartment Uses, and Vacant Land appraisals.
